What do new customers have to consider?

Your first delivery is only possible by advanced payment. We apologize for the inconvenience. After receiving your order we will ask you to send us a payment. Once we received the payment, we process and deliver your order immediately.

You can easily order the catalog via our homepage. If you are not our customer yet, we need a copy of your trade licence. After receiving it, you will get our Nobby catalog.

How do I find the right size for a dog coat or a shirt?

The size of our dog coats refer to the length of a dog's back.  You have to measure from neck  to tail.

Are out-of-stock goods automatically delivered at a later stage?
