The company specialized in bird and bird breeding products was founded in 1991 by Norbert Felix under the name Cédé Futtermittel GmbH. The range was gradually expanded with pet accessories for dogs, cats and rodents. As such, the company was renamed to Nobby Pet Shop GmbH in 2003.
